An American-born medical professional, Jahnavi graduated from Texas A&M College of Medicine and is currently in her chief year of internal medicine residency, with plans to pursue fellowship. Drawing on her extensive experience as an AMG, she offers a unique blend of expertise to help you navigate the complexities of the medical field. As your dedicated coach, she focuses on refining your presentation, enhancing your professionalism, and perfecting your interview skills, ensuring you shine in the competitive residency landscape. Rithish Nimmagadda, MBBS

A graduate from Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research center, India- where he developed a strong foundation in medical knowledge, patient care, and critical thinking. He serve as the Associate Editor-in-Chief at WikiDoc, a platform dedicated to providing accurate, up-to-date medical information to healthcare professionals and the general public. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Rithish has been deeply involved in mentoring aspiring residency applicants. He provides personalized guidance in interview preparation and application development, taking a thoughtful, supportive approach to each mentee. By recognizing and emphasizing the unique strengths and experiences of each individual, Rithish ensures that his mentees are well-equipped to stand out and succeed in their pursuit of securing a residency.

Manoj Pallapothu, MD

An Indian-origin Caribbean medical graduate, Manoj completed his medical education at St. Martinus University and is currently a postgraduate research student at Harvard. With a passion for neurology and a commitment to helping others succeed, he has a strong interest in teaching and actively engages in research initiatives while guiding aspiring residency applicants. Bridging the gap between IMGs and AMGs, Manoj has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by both groups. His expertise lies in personal statement and CV editing, offering personalized support to help applicants stand out and secure their desired residency positions.

Athira Nair, MD

A passionate Caribbean medical graduate of St. Martinus University, Curacao, Athira is currently volunteering as the Youth Medical Director for Michigan Indian Community Services (MICS). With a deep focus on facial plastic surgery and head & neck surgery, Athira combines diverse clinical experience, along with a co-founder role in a research initiative that tutors students on research skills. Beyond clinical work, Athira has actively mentored aspiring residency applicants, offering personalized guidance in CV/resume drafting and personal statement writing. With a genuine, supportive approach, Athira tailors each mentorship experience to highlight the unique strengths and experiences of each individual, helping them stand out in their journey toward securing a residency. Athira brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by residency applicants and provides expert insight, offering unwavering support to empower students and medical professionals in reaching their full potential.

Akhil Sadhu, MD

Akhil is a Caribbean medical graduate, Akhil earned his medical degree from St. Martinus University, Passionate about Family Medicine. With 2 years of U.S. clinical experience, he gained valuable clinical experiences and knowledge and understanding of the U.S. healthcare system. He believes in the fact that if you want anything you can achieve it no matter what. He is dedicated to empowering others on this path by offering tailored guidance on crafting compelling ERAS CVs,/Resume and navigating the intricacies of the IMG journey. Mentoring the next generation of applicants and passing the torch is the next milestone he aims to achieve.

Nayanika Tummala, MBBS

Dr. Nayanika Tummala, a graduate of GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, serves as the National Convention Liaison for the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI). As the Chief Organizer of the Humans of USMLE Summit, she led the national committee, assisting over 1,000 students with the USMLE process and organizing interactive sessions with residents and program directors. During the match cycle, she presented her work at the American Heart Association (AHA), American Diabetes Association (ADA), and Family Medicine Experience (FMX). Dr. Tummala specializes in interview skills, CV and personal statement editing, and networking advice, helping residency applicants stand out and achieve their goals.

Sai Teja Gadde, MBBS

Sai Teja Gadde, a graduate of Katuri Medical College, brings extensive expertise in guiding International Medical Graduates (IMGs) through the challenges of pursuing a medical career in the U.S. With over 8 months of U.S. clinical experience, he excels in USMLE preparation, crafting impactful CVs, and developing personalized, program-specific personal statements. As an IMG who has navigated the same journey, Sai deeply understands the struggles and uncertainties IMGs face.
